Altering an existing connection

Looking to move a network asset, upgrade or downgrade your supply, or change your connection from overhead to underground? You’ve come to the right place. 

The following ‘Supply Alteration Request’ form should be completed by anyone who is looking to:

  • Increase or decrease the amount of electricity an existing connections draws.
  • Change an existing overhead service line property connection to a new underground service. Note: Please be aware that Counties Energy no longer permits pole top connections onto our network.
  • Relocate an existing network asset.
  • Remove a redundant network asset.
Supply alteration request

To move a network asset, upgrade or downgrade your supply, or change your connection from overhead to underground, please complete a supply alteration request form.
