400 properties are still without power, mostly individual outages. Fallen trees, debris, and downed lines have blocked road access. Crews are making the network safe, then repairing larger area outages, followed by smaller areas, then businesses, then individual properties. In some cases, restoration can take a couple of days, especially where fallen trees or debris are blocking access to equipment and lines.
