Counties Power is one of the few network companies to own their local smart meter network and data, which covers 95 percent of the region’s electricity network. The platform enables the company to use this data to view both high and low voltage networks in order to prioritise, plan, action and communicate restoration and maintenance activities to staff and customers.

The platform links in with the new Counties Power app which offers customers a quick and easy way to report and be informed of power outages that affect their home or business. Get the app now by typing app.countiespower.com in your smartphone internet browser.
