Did you know that we’ve partnered with Franklin Family Support Services to offer low-income local families access to EnergyMate – a programme that gives whānau tips and tricks to reduce energy use as well as free tools such as eco bulbs to help reduce lighting costs?

A free in-home coaching service is provided as part of the programme for whānau at risk of energy hardship – such as those who are struggling to pay their power bill or keep their home warm.

The coaching is run by trained energy assessors who have experience supporting our local community.
