Annual Discount 2024 Coming Soon

Every year we give a discount on the electricity bill you receive from your electricity retailer because we’re 100% consumer-owned. Our network region spans southern Auckland to northern Waikato, coast to coast, from southern Papakura to Mercer.
Counties Energy will be providing customers a search option connected to their ICP number to identify their annual discount for 2024. This information will be released on the website by 1 December. If customers on the network are eligible for a discount, it will appear as a credit on your December or January power bill from your electricity retailer.
Counties Energy does not pay the discount by cash or cheque, it is only available as a credit on your power account from your electricity retailer.
