2020 Annual Customer Survey

Our annual Counties Power Customer Survey has commenced which means some customers may receive phone calls from our external data research company, Key Research.

The aim of the annual survey is to improve our customer service, gain insights into our overall performance and the delivery of our service offering. The results contribute to the planning of our 10-year asset management plan, as well as meeting our wider reporting obligations. Customers should be aware that the survey will not ask you to confirm your address or ask any questions that could compromise your security – such as asking what times you are most likely to be home to use power. Customers are free to call our Customer Services team on 0800 100 202 during business hours Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm for further information. The survey will occur from 4th November through to the 19th November 2020.
