Counties Energy Annual Customer Survey in March 2022
Counties Energy has commissioned Key Research, an independent market research firm, to contact customers over the next few weeks to get their feedback on key services we provide.
This survey is carried out annually, as its important that we hear from our customers on how we’re doing in outage management, communications and sponsorship. We would also like to know which areas you think should be a focus for us in our sustainability programme.
The results from this survey also enable us to benchmark ourselves against other lines companies, in terms of customer satisfaction.
